The new wholesale store will have an area of 27 000 m2, of which 5000 will be for sale areas and 9000 for warehouses, administrative offices and other areas.

Jose Luis Marin, vice president of marketing and membership, told that "...The parking lot will accommodate three hundred vehicles and the remaining area will also include green areas, a tire center and fast food sector, which will be open to the general public, including those who are not members. "

He added that "... This second club is a result of customer demand and the large growth experienced Managua. Many of our customers live in that area and after reviewing the areas that are gaining the most in value and have a promising future, we decided on this area on the road to Masaya," said Marin. Another aspect in the decision taken to build this second store is the condition of the economy and customer acceptance."

Regarding the possibility of opening up new stores in other parts of the country, the company representative said that so far it is not among their future plans.
